Another week in the life of GURPS

This week is named Claudius, for obscure reasons. His GURPS tidings:

• We released GURPS Dungeon Fantasy 14: Psi, by y.t. It's as much about Elder Things as it is about psi, and contains far more than just psi abilities: templates for psis, psi-themed items, advice on psi in the dungeon, psychic disasters, and psi-related monsters.

• PK (peekitty) has all but completed his edit of GURPS Social Engineering, by Bill Stoddard (whswhs). He has just one section to go. It has to do with advertising . . . and PK can't just click to skip it.

• By word count, I'm 90% of the way through my edit of GURPS Low-Tech: Instant Armor, by Dan Howard. This does a lot of the mathematical heavy lifting for armor-buying heroes, and tabulates many rules hidden in prose in GURPS Low-Tech.

• We've posted the call for playtesters for the new Discworld Roleplaying Game, by Phil Masters (phil_masters). Get your application in soon! We'll probably start making our list and checking it twice toward the end of next week or early the following week.

• My secret short item is presently in peer review, where it has picked up 700 words of additional content thanks to good suggestions. The title still has to remain a secret for now, but I can reveal that it contains generic rules that most GURPS players should find handy.

• I updated the e23 Wish List and the associated capsule descriptions. If you're a writer, you might want to take a look!
