Another two weeks in the life of GURPS
. . . because one week is never enough! (But we can pretend that it's a week and name it Harvey.) The news:
• We released GURPS Low-Tech Companion 3: Daily Life and Economics, by Matt Riggsby (
wombattery) and Bill Stoddard (
whswhs). This brings you all the food-gathering, item-crafting goodness that you need for heroes who have a life between the fight scenes and chases.
• We also released Pyramid #3/37: Monsters in Space. Because everybody needs more alien boojums, psychic vampires from the stars, and horrid viruses . . . in spaaace!
• Art is going into GURPS Tactical Shooting, by Hans-Christian Vortisch. This is a good sign . . . it means that you'll likely see the PDF sometime in the next month or so.
• Nikki has started layout on GURPS Dungeon Fantasy Monsters 1, by Peter Dell'Orto (
peterdellorto) and y.t. There's still much work to do here, but we're definitely moving forward.
• The first draft of GURPS Infinite Worlds: Worlds of Horror, by Ken Hite (
princeofcairo), is now being reviewed by our hand-picked list of alt-history experts.
• I turned in my review of the first draft of the inaugural item in the GURPS Dungeon Fantasy Adventures series. I can't give out many hints right now. I can tell you that the author is Matt Riggsby (
wombattery), and that demons may be involved.
• We've approved the outline for the fourth volume in the GURPS Monster Hunters series, by PK (
peekitty), who has started writing.
• We made tons of big decisions at the meetings in Austin on January 11-16. I cannot share the results at this time, but I can hint that there will be changes to the GURPS website and other ways in which we interact with you, the gaming public.

By the way, happy new year.
Looking forward to Dungeon Fantasy Monsters 1 and the first adventure.
