Another week in the life of GURPS

This week is named Neb. I have no new releases to tout, but I do have news:

• The first GURPS Dungeon Fantasy AdventureMirror of the Fire Demon, by Matt Riggsby ([livejournal.com profile] wombattery) – is now in prepress. Get ready to bash some orcs!

• The production PDF of GURPS Power-Ups 4, by PK ([livejournal.com profile] peekitty), has entered the review process.

• My own GURPS Power-Ups 5 has started getting art, which means that it, too, will soon shoot out the far end of the production pipeline.

• I am about 60% of the way through my first-draft review of GURPS After the End 2: The New World, by PK ([livejournal.com profile] peekitty). The title is all I'm sharing for now.

• Many other projects have seen movement in the new year. For instance, we have a Hans-Christian Vortisch item about to enter first-draft review, too (yes, it has guns), and we just contracted Bill Stoddard ([livejournal.com profile] whswhs) to write something.

• The GURPS News has been updated. Those who like news may also want to look at these two end-of-year items that ran in the Daily Illuminator.

Here are a few suggestions for Bill. Note that these are for GURPS 4th edition

Religion
Paleoanthropology
Sumer
Babylonia
Assyria
Ancient Israel
Theater
Circus
Carnival
Low Tech: Paleotech
Urban Fantasy
Epic Fantasy
Philosophy
Industry (as in manufacturing)
Exploration
Trade (as in exchanging items, not vocations or careers)
Medicine
Herbalism
Science
Biology
Zoology
Aeronautics
Astronautics
Space Opera
Occultism
Mysticism
Wicca

There are much more, but I'm drawing a blank right now. My list can be added to, or the reader can select his favorites from among those listed. I'm fond of Paleoanthropology, GURPS for the old stone age, and Trade, GURPS for barter and merchants.
