Another week in the life of GURPS
And what's new with GURPS, exactly?
• We released Pyramid #3/7: Urban Fantasy this week. I think the title is self-explanatory! I quite liked what I saw when I reviewed this one, and would urge fans of, er, urban fantasy to check it out.
• We reviewed the rough PDF of Pyramid #3/8: Cliffhangers. This one has loads two-fisted pulp action, including two adventures (one GURPS and one systemless) and an article that, appropriately enough, supports GURPS Action.
• We reviewed the rough PDF of Transhuman Space: Personnel Files 2, too. This is one from Phil Masters, and describes a really cool team of NPCs who could just as easily be PCs. I normally don't like NPC collections much . . . but Phil has changed my mind on this.
• The playtest of GURPS Low-Tech and GURPS Low-Tech Companion 1-3 is in full swing. As of this moment in time, we have seen 1,621 posts. In five days. Yeah, it's exactly like that.
• The first draft of GURPS Dungeon Fantasy: Clerics arrived today. It isn't just a splatbook for the cleric archetype but a whole bunch of ways to make a generic cleric the servitor of a specific divinity. We have Phil Masters to thank for this as well.
