I just realized that I've been keeping this journal for over a year. Its actual birthday was August 20, 2008. That's when I got back from GenCon last year and started it, at the recommendation of Phil Reed (philreed). So: Happy birthday, inanimate collection of magnetic domains on a disk somewhere! Thanks for tolerating my verbosity.
