FYI, rental

If you're interested in living in my area of the Plateau: My landlord is putting the flat next to mine up for rent on September 21 or 22, 2009. It becomes available on November 1, but it will probably go long before that. The place is a ground-floor 4½ (really a 5½). My rent is fair for the Plateau, so while the rent next door might be a bit higher, it won't be killer thanks to city ordinances. Just PM if you want to know more. (For safety reasons, I'm only going to answer PMs from people I know, of course.)

It's an amazing coincidence that those who dwell in the unit next door are never bothered by the sounds of the victims. They always seem to have something more pressing to think about than the noises they're making!
