Another week in the life of GURPS

This week is named Archibald (I've never liked "Archie"). This week's news is as follows:

• After a long silence, I've finally updated the GURPS News. If you're a little behind on your GURPS collection, then there's a good summary there. If you're looking for more hints and leaks like the ones I occasionally post here, well, there's plenty of those, too.

GURPS Low-Tech is at the printer! Huzzah! (Please excuse my abuse of emphasis . . . I put a lot into that book.)

• We are now reviewing a preview PDF of GURPS Low-Tech Companion 1: Philosophers and Kings, by Matt Riggsby ([livejournal.com profile] wombattery) and Bill Stoddard ([livejournal.com profile] whswhs). The only problems we're finding are a few dodgy verb tenses, which bodes well for the release date.

• We are also reviewing a preview PDF of GURPS Tactical Shooting, by Hans-Christian Vortisch. Hans has us fixing last-minute factual issues. This is going to be an ace book!

• I completed many boring-but-necessary checklist items for GURPS Horror, by Ken Hite ([livejournal.com profile] princeofcairo). At this stage, Ken and I are simply dickering over playtest credits, art notes, quotes, and the back-cover text. We're aiming to be done this month.

• Matt Riggsby ([livejournal.com profile] wombattery) delivered his final draft of GURPS Dungeon Fantasy: Loadouts. Oh, no . . . I leaked the title!

• I am now reviewing the latest, greatest first draft by Jason "PK" Levine ([livejournal.com profile] peekitty). I really can't leak anything about that one, though. Not yet.

Hmm, this explains why I feel rather tired this Friday evening.
