Pique-pique!
I'm back from getting my flu shot. Remember, kids: Flu is no fun . . . and even if you don't care, it's uncool to spread it around, especially to family, friends, and coworkers who suffer from respiratory conditions. Constant, close-range, intensive exposure to the virus erases the good done by others' vaccinations. For instance, Bonnie has asthma, and even if she got the shot, I would be able to infect her if I sat around home with the flu – and then she'd get to spend time on a ventilator in the hospital. So do the right thing and take a moment out to get stabbed. It's worth it (and in most places, it's also free and your boss has to give you time off to go do it).

Yeah, that can happen. It's a fairly typical response to any vaccine. Some people just feel crappy when their immune system changes gears. It's a lot like an allergy attack in both symptoms and causes. Still, it's usually better than the downtime from the flu!
and my arm KILLED for 2 (I got it on friday morning, it hurt until sunday night)
That, on the other hand, is an issue with the clinician's technique. I've had my share of SC, IM, and IV injections, and they range from "Ow!" to "What, you did it already?" It's really too bad that the grading is on "Did you hit the right spot for medical purposes?" and not on avoiding bruises, aches, and pains. Some docs and nurses almost seem to take perverse pride in stabbing you too hard and injecting too quickly.

I think that she was rushed to get everyone in my office done and over with so that she could move on to her next gig.
