(No) Dawn of Magic

Yeah, another week without a campaign log, because I didn't hold a session tonight. My mouth is still altogether too puffy and weird to let me spend 5-6 hours GMing a game. With luck, all will be well next week.

Continuing saga of blood and surgery

So today I hit another milestone in the epic that is my recent dental surgery: One of the massive dressings fell off. Now to be honest, I'm hating those, and the sooner the rest leave my mouth, the sooner I'll be able to talk and swallow properly. But . . . four days is a little on the early side, so I had to drop everything and run to my dentist. Who basically told me, "Yeah, that's early, but whatever. It happens. You're fine." Oh, well. I needed the two 30-minute walks in icy winter air anyway.
