FYI, rental

If you're interested in living in my area of the Plateau: My landlord is putting the flat next to mine up for rent on September 21 or 22, 2009. It becomes available on November 1, but it will probably go long before that. The place is a ground-floor 4½ (really a 5½). My rent is fair for the Plateau, so while the rent next door might be a bit higher, it won't be killer thanks to city ordinances.
