Once again, my week consisted of "editing GURPS Low-Tech," punctuated by lots of behind-the-scenes administrivia. Some weeks are like that. For the curious, here are some highlights:

• The rough PDF of GURPS Spaceships 6: Mining and Space Industry, by David Pulver, made the rounds. It should be reviewed next week and then ready for release sometime in November 2009.

• My GURPS Low-Tech edit reached the 75% mark today. That's a nice milestone. It also marks me finally being done with all the weapons and armor, which fill a gigantic chunk of the book.

• Phil Masters turned in the final draft of GURPS Dungeon Fantasy 9: Summoners. I can't name dates or anything like that, but at this stage, it's safe to say that things are looking good if you want to engage in demonology, necromancy, and other wholesome family spellcasting.

• I'm a bit hesitant to say this, because I risk jinxing a jinxed project, but Steven Marsh ([info]waitingforgo) and I popped the hood on David Pulver's GURPS Vehicle Design to see what needs doing. It might be possible to resume progress before the end of 2009. Might. If so, that won't mean anything publishable before late 2010 at the earliest. But I think it's important to let people know that we haven't forgotten this.
