This week is named Bergeron, and brings tidings of GURPS:
• We released GURPS Hot Spots: Constantinople, 527-1204 A.D., by Matt Riggsby (
wombattery), for those who like decidedly Byzantine historical gaming.
• Pyramid #3/47 passed its internal review and entered final production . . . so says the guy who left a note pinned to my door with a dagger, anyway.
• GURPS Loadouts: Low-Tech Armor, by Dan Howard, is getting its final round of stats checks. There are lots of stats to check, so we want to do this right. Doug Cole (
douglascole) is seeing to that for us.
• I reached 88,248 words on GURPS Zombies. The week's highlights: more horde action, turning undead, getting infected (including combat splatter and hacking off bitten body parts), cures (hah!), and the start of rules for creating zombies (bad idea).
• Rev. Bob continued his GURPS web renewal with Abbreviations for GURPS Titles, the Master GURPS Bibliography, and the e23 Wish List for GURPS.
