Elderflower wine

I waited to have two experiences with two wines before forming an opinion. Elderflower wine is . . . interesting. I wouldn't say "good." It lacks balance (too much sugar and not enough acidity), and you would only know that elderflowers were involved if I told you ahead of time (if I didn't, I'd wager that you would mistake it for a low-rent Gewürztraminer). But it definitely has a floral aroma. So now you know.

Then again, perhaps I was distracted because I was re-watching One Hour Photo, which always creeps me out.
